    No, not photoshopped. Go look at their profiles. “Hank Kingsley” (played by Jeffrey Tambor) though has 6 years on Dr. Phil.

    They are not the same guy, but I though they looked alike from the first time I saw Dr. Phil. Their voices are very different. Hank was AWESOME on the Larry Sanders show.
