I’d never heard of Skeet Ulrich before, so when I first saw this I was like, “What, is that one of his characters? THAT’S NOT FUNNY.”
Well Skeet was in the movie the Craft and the last movie I watched him in was Scream. I like both movies but I haven’t really seen anything else he’s been in. He’s a good actor and until now I never really saw the resemblance. They could be twins…if they were the right age ;-}
He is in the show Jericho, if it’s even still on.
Now I guess if you had known who he was, then, us fans of Jericho wouldn’t be crying over its cancellation.

Me, too. I think Johnny Depp rarely looks pleasant and almost always looks unkempt. I think Skeet is one beautiful hunk and the comparison is unfair to both. I suspect Depp is pleased with himself; I suspect Skeet is somewhat hampered by the vague thought that they are similar in appearance. Fact is, there is a gentleness about Skeet that Depp can’t produce and most women recognize the difference.

Skeet Ulrich in 2009 is waaaay better looking than JD who is now officially old. Skeet is a foot taller and handsome. JD is like DiCaprio, he is like an aging teenager with grundy teeth. JD is all hype. He is good at playing the caricature characters like Sparrow, but in realistic dramatic roles he is average at best.

I am a major fan of Skeet Ulrich, don’t care one way or another about Depp. I do not see a resemblance between the two beyond the fact that they went for the same face hair style when they grew hair there. Depp is older, heavier, softer. Ulrich is tall, thin, beautiful. He has eyes that can melt people and when he smiles, even a ghost of a smile, one goes to gel. Depp is okay, Ulrich is hot.
