So does this mean I can post First???

    • lora_vine says:

I do have a great Respect for Grandmoff Tarkin though… He did have that evil villian look…

      • Christopher says:

You should have more respect for Nikola Tesla! He invented the light-tube! Without it, we wouldn’t have energy-efficient lights, today! We’d only have those energy-suckers that idiot, Edison, invented.

  2. jba8472 says:

Good comparison, caption fail. It should be Grand Moff Tarkin, not Grandmoff Tarkin. Two words, not one.

  3. ellen says:

well, i knew it too. isn’t it obvious it’s a rank not a first name?

    i suppose grandma isn’t a name either though…

  4. ethana2 says:

I think Tesla should not be so proud of those technological terrors he constructed..

  5. lufflaff says:

shouldn’t it be the other way? Since Tesla lived first, the other guy looks like him.
    just sayin’.

    • Karen says:

“The Other Guy” being Peter Cushing of 128 movies and character performances from Sherlock Holmes to Dr. Who to Van Helsing…

      • Joey says:

Yeah and “The other other guy” being Nikola Tesla who was as big if not bigger an inventor than Thomas Edison. 128 movies? Without this guy there are no movies, TV or Radio or laser beams or a bunch of other stuff.

    • ms morbo says:

      surely tarkin was first:

“a long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away”

    • DarMar says:

Bravo! obviously you’re not american… the only things they learn are from the movies and they (obviously) measure time only from the last blockbuster, and in both ways…

  6. Screaming Blue Reviews says:

If anyone ever might have invented a planet-destroying superlaser, it was definitely Nikola Tesla.

  7. coyote says:

    Shocking likeness.

  8. nick loves jessie says:

i am nick sunderland i live in clay alabama and I LOVE JESSIE MCLAIN she means the world to me and i would never give her up for anything in the world!!!

  9. Bad Octopus says:

I’m more than certain they’re actually the same person. With all of Tesla’s crazy inventions, I wouldn’t be surprised if he built a time machine to travel to some place a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…

  10. morecowbell says:

evacuate? in our moment of triumph? i think you overestimate their chances…

  11. Ripplin says:

Why is there no button to add to favorites for this one?

  12. DarMar says:

why edison was nominated for the nobel price when tesla was alive?!?

    • Heather says:

Because Edison was charismatic and Tesla moved to Colorado to conduct his research -far away from the politics that result in Nobel prize nominations.

  13. llc says:

nikola doesn’t look like anyone else. sorry.

  14. Jostle says:

How is this one discussed so little?! This is easily the best totally-looks-like I’ve seen. Oh, and coyote, you clearly have a powerful grasp of sharp-witted puns. Bravo all ’round!

  15. breanna says:
