    While they may look alike, if Walter were Secretary of the Treasury, the DOW would be at 35,000 points, we’d be talking about how much money we’re saving with our $1.35/gallon gas prices, and we wouldn’t need poor Carl’s bald spot to cushion the stock market when it has a ‘bad period.’ (We’d call it a bad period because under Walter, stocks would sneeze then recover immediately).
