It’s the nose! That’s how they look the same, that’s all though. Patricia’s cheeks are not high enough and her chin is to curvy, along with her jaw line.

Okay Patricia doesn’t look like Meryl at all. That’s my conclusion. Meryl is DEFENITELY more beautiful. She’s an amazing woman <3. You can;t put those 2 together. They are very different, only the nose. The nose is the exeption.
