I believe the Steve Martin pic dates back to the late 60s when he was writing for the Smothers Brothers – if memory serves, he also made the occasional appearance on the show, performing in various skits as needed. I do think John Fogerty looks more like a young Harrison Ford, possibly circa “American Graffiti” though.
