  3. RoaringSilence says:

Fail! He looks a lot more like Dexter Jettster: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/7/73/DexterJettster.jpg

  4. Ubeat2trees says:

It doesn’t even look like a frog…just a mass of something. Ugh.

  5. sparks says:

That may be a “brown” colored frog, but it’s actually a White’s Tree Frog or commonly known as the Dumpy Tree Frog from Australia. It’s normally green unless it’s sitting on a branch such as this little pudge. The caption should read White’s tree Frog looks like Jabba. /geeklesson

    • TToM says:

He should also be put on a diet the poor sod! Hooded eyes like that show that he’s overweight.

    • Melissa says:

Yay! I saw the picture and would have totally geeked out and posted that it is a White’s as well if you hadn’t first. ;)

That being said, its about the most overweight one I have ever seen. Poor thing. =/

    • kz says:

Thanks for the info! That’s what I look in the comments for – I don’t really care who’s “first.” :-)

    • Sam says:

what a mean name, the don’t call a giraffe a “freakishly tall giraffe” there’s no need for name calling.

    • Brady says:

That’s not a white’s tree frog dude. That looks NOTHING like a whites. wow.

  6. BBB says:

This species of frog came before Jabba the Hutt! BACKWARDS! FAILURE!

  7. Kristian says:

If that’s a frog, it’s out of Conan!

  9. curmudgeon says:

Innocent little tree toads freak me out bad enough. Didn’t need to see this.

    • curmudgeon says:

K – there’s just something wrong with this particular Frog. White’s Tree Frogs/Dumpy Tree Frogs *might* qualify as cute if frogs in general didn’t make me squeamish.

  10. Jabba says:

I always thought he looked more like oprah, but hey oh well,

  11. sinfonie says:

OMG I don’t know which is more gross. On the one hand, Jabba is much bigger… I could get crushed to death. On the other…. the frog may jump out of a tree and land on my head and I might scream myself to death. Either way, I die.

  12. doctorpeppor says:

Jabba the Hutt was actually taken from the Czech language. “Žaba” (pronounced zhaba) meaning frog, and “hud” meaning snake.
