This makes me sad. Why can’t little girls today look like they did back then? Now every time I walk down the street, I see underage young ladies in tube tops and miniskirts.

Lookalikes are much more common in children than adults. This is because the range of possible phenotypes for many characteristics (height, hair color etc.) is much narrower than in adults; at the immature stage, very different genetics can present similarly. I myself, at the age of about 4, looked exactly like Lenny Kravitz.
