Phallus Impudicus is indeed the correct Latin name for this mushroom, translated to English that means “Unshy male member”. Common name is English is as someone mentioned “Stinkhorn” as the fully grown mushroom gives off an odor that is VERY offensive, which also gives it its’ name in other languaes where it is often called “Corpse Mushroom” or in Danish where it is called “Prestepick” iirc. meaning “Priests pecker”. The 2 (suggestively placed) globular things growing at the base of it in the picture is in fact the earlier development stage of the ‘shroom, in some languages referred to as “Witches eggs”.

Yeah, this is a stinkhorn, not a “penis mushroom”. Most hallucinogenic fungi reside in the psilcocybe genus, not the ‘om-my-godi-think-I’m-dying-because-of-the-most-horrible-diarrhea-and-stomach-cramps-I’ve-ever-had’ genus. As an amateur mycologist, I definitely frown upon anyone thinking that any ‘magical’ mushroom, particularly those that resemble male human phalluses, are replicant of the genus. Unless you are a sadomasochist via fungi. Nice try, TLL. Have it note that only 1/3,000 studied mushrooms are hallucinogenic, and only 1/13,000 of those selected for possible hallucinogenic properties are actually capable of producing such in generic consumption.
