Lego corner cafe may look like the London Pub, not the other way around.
    Description fail.

  7. rewboss says:

    They look exactly alike.

Except for the entrance. And the windows. And the top floor. And the ground floor. And the middle floor. Apart from that, the only difference is the turret. Admittedly, the roof isn’t the same, but that can be overlooked, as can the discrepancies in the brickwork.

  8. Rojo says:

That wouldn’t happen to be the same pub that was featured in Sean of the Dead, would it?

    • Rojo says:

Never mind, answered my own question via the Wikipedia”The scenes filmed in and around “The Winchester Pub” were shot at The Duke Of Albany in Monson Road New Cross, a three-storey Victorian pub popular with supporters of Millwall F.C.”

Also, I apparently misspelled “Shawn of the Dead.”

Wow. An old building with a turret. It must be a copy of the Green Dragon in London, because, you know, it’s the only building like that in the world!

  16. Stormy Munroe says:

Dude, despite the obvious differences ’cause it is made outta Lego, they do look a bit a-like. ‘Course, you could probably say that it also looks like any other corner pub like that.

    So….Half-fail.

  17. Queen of the STFU says:

…This wouldn’t happen to be the Green Dragon in Croydon, would it? I’m sure there’s plenty of other Green Dragon’s in London, but this looks an awful lot like it.
In which case – I’ve been there. =]
