Oh, hello! I didn’t even notice you there. You see, I had my headphones on, my new favorite song of all time blaring at a level that’s sure to give me irreversible hearing damage. In all fairness, anyone making money using his song and his image should at least contact him (although maybe they did?) and either give him a share or offer to donate a portion of the profits to his favorite charity.
