    The linux community isn’t exactly a group that would sue someone for that, and not sure about the logo, but I’d assume the license is similar to the GPL license that linux itself is under, which more or less says, take it, use it for whatever you want, but you must include the source code. Only thing this ice cream shop couldn’t do, is sue someone else for using their logo

    Here you can steal other peoples logos and trademarks, change em’ a little and sell them as your own.

    (Yep, I know not all companies in Austria are like that and yep I know that this is 100% an austrian company, I live near that damn thing……)
