Genndy didn’t make PPG, McCracken did (hence why in his second show, foster’s home for imaginary friends, Franky has a PPG shirt on). They have worked together tho. Use google, you guys fail who say they were made by the same guy – or better yet, WATCH THE SHOW AND READ THE OPENING CREDITS.

anyway samurai jack went back in time and defeated Aku – but Aku used the last of his lifeblood to separate him from his loved ones and flung him as far into the future as he could a second time, eventually getting stuck in PPG’s current timeline. He gets accustomed to life and becomes a scientist through studying the technology he brought with him from the alternate future. Later on in his loneliness he accidentally creates the powerpuff girls – THE END

In the samurai jack series, theres an episode where he meets dog archeologists, and they uncover an old city. It’s Townsville from the PPG series (confirmed) and from what I’ve heard Samurai Jack is supposed to be a great descendent of Prof. Utonium. (unconfirmed)

They are clearly the same person. Prof. Utonium was a Samurai in his youth, and the show Samurai Jack is a prequel to Powerpuff girls. He had to cut off his ponytail when he moved to America.
