Where were these ruins?
They look like some that i saw in France.
This is in downtown Athens, in the Roman Agora site near Thission. It’s the Gate of Athena Archegetis, made in 11BC.
IMHO, I don’t really see the look-a-like. I’m pretty sure At-At weren’t built with pentelic marble :>

It’s largely the angle of the picture that is so good. If you were to look at that from the front, it wouldn’t really look like an AT-AT.

as i am greek and live in athens I assure you, no manipulation as far as the ancinet greek remains are concerned. and i do not find any similarities between the photographs being very familiar with that certain spot. just succesful due to the angle.
