I was wondering, up until now, why nobody had put this one together.

Seeing as this is the billionth “Well duh” TTLL on this site, I’m starting to wonder if there’s a hacker out there secretly trying to take down this site by flooding it with mediocre results.

frozone isn’t an ice skater. He is able to manipulate moisture, whether in liquid form, or which exists in the atmosphere, and freeze it, generating ice or snow in a variety of applicable shapes and uses. don’t comment on it if you haven’t even seen the incredibles.
