World’s Ugliest Dog is almost always won by a Chinese Crested – and obviously, that’s how “Ed” was drawn to look.
pretty sure ed was drawn to look like a hyena.

Last year, though, it was Pabst the Sharpei. I didn’t think he was ugly, as such. Most Chinese Cresteds are, though. They’d be a bit cuter if their teeth didn’t fall out. Sad, that.

Poor dog, he seems to be blind with cataracts (dogs and cats eyes should be pink, (from the flash hitting the bottom of their retina) when it is green, it means cataract)
