Um….I really think that this should be the other way around. Dr. Frank-N-Furter was around long before “One Piece.” Besides, no one will ever be as awesome as Tim Curry in fishnets and a corset!

I agree, I saw RHPS before seeing It, and one day I looked at the DVD box and noticed it was Tim Curry. Definitely made it not that scary (that, and the fact that I read the book).

I actually saw RHPS when it first came out in 1975. It was not a “cult” film yet. No one talked back to the screen or threw things. I think there were 12 people in the theatre.

Emporio Ivankov seems to be gay and weak character, but no he’s pretty strong in the manga. If you want to see his first appearance see the 439 chapter of one piece

probably i sure as hell would love it to be so. since repomen is a total ripoff off repo! anyway.
You know, it’d sure be a lot of fun if it does turn out that way, as long as no-one flings cow’s liver or other internal organs around during the show!

Well, RHPS was a musical stage production in (I want to say) ’74, and was released as a film in ’75. By 1980 people were having the ‘floor shows’ in front of the screen. My mom played Janet for a year or so when I was little.

This would be because Emporio Ivankov’s design was BASED on Frank-n-furter from Rocky Horror Picture Show.
