Generally speaking, it goes by age or “who came first”, not who is more famous.

Example: You know the thing with Keanu Reeves looking like some dude from the 1800s on Youtube where it’s like, “Dude, he’s totes a vampire, he looks just like this guy from the 1800s”?

See how I said “Some dude from the 1800s” and not his name?

Cause the guy is way less famous than Keanu Reeves, and no one remembers his damn name. But Keanu still “looks like” him, not the other way around, because Guy From The 1800s came before Keanu.

So it depends on who is older, This Dude’s Dad or Eugene Levy.
