many ages ago when i was in college, i nearly got detained at the border for using that exact same joke on the way back from a drinking excursion through Nogales with some friends. Border Patrol agent sees SUV full of half-wasted college kids and sees one of them (me) is a lot darker than the others and decided to ask–point blank “I don’t suppose there are any, umm, Aliens in this vehicle”
Being the eternal smart-ass and drunk as hell to boot, i replied “Yeah man…me…I’M FROM MARS!!!”

No, he doesn’t. The only similarity is the hair, which is pretty common. Colbert’s face is narrower, and the cheeks have a different structure. And this Peso guy doesn’t have a Wonky right ear or epic eyebrows.

But you haven’t seen quite a few mexican bills in you time, right? It’s simple… just google “billete 500 pesos mexicanos”… That you notice pixels in an image doesn´t means it is fake, because after all everything you see in the screen is made out of pixels
