This one appears to have been taken from the letters section of the latest copy of Private Eye, a UK satire magazine, which comes out every fortnight.
i’ve actually made this one myself.
i think if the magazine have used this they didn’t ask for permission
i got the idea after i saw a picture of Elena Kagan on the Daily show with Jon Stewart
And a lot of people tweeted David Mitchell in May telling him the same thing – he even remarked on the idea himself, saying “Been away from Twitter for 2 days and return to 100s of messages saying I look like US Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan. Poor poor woman.”
Lots of people made the observation before. Thanks for making the image we were all thinking in our heads, though.
